Tracy has over 20 years of experience in Telecommunications after graduating from Mulhenberg College with a Bachelors in Business Administration. In February 2020, Tracy joined Bridgeline Global Solutions as the VP of Business Operations. Bringing to the table her experience as an Elite Account Manager, client care specialist and marketing degree, Tracy has focused on perfecting Bridgeline Global Solution’s customer satisfaction rates through fine-tuning business operations. She has a stellar reputation, is detail oriented, organized and likes to treat her customers as she would be expected to be treated.                 

Always looking to go above and beyond for each customer, Tracy’s attention to detail, unlimited energy and anticipation of each customer’s needs has helped grow Bridgeline Global Solution’s customer base and successfully improved operations ensuring the best experience for each and every Bridgeline GS customer.

When Tracy isn’t benefiting the Bridgeline Global Solution’s Team, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 16 years, three children, their dog and two cats! She also supports Canes Baseball PA and volunteering to help local philanthropic fundraising efforts.
